HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
As early as possible! For weekends and peak season, I recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. If you have a last minute event, reach out anyways and if I have an open spot, I would love to fill it.
can we meet before the event?
Absolutely! We can set up a zoom call or grab a coffee to run through your timeline.
What is the booking process?
I keep it simple. Usually we do a quick chat or exchange of emails to discuss your event's vibe, timeline and specific needs. I send over a quote and we lock it in with a signed contract.
How DO YOU HANDLE LOW-LIGHT VENUES?
Dark ballrooms, moody gala lighting and dimly lit spaces are my bread and butter. I use professional cameras that can handle low light situations and flash setups as needed to ensure all photos look right.
What do you wear?
We dress to blend in. For galas and professional events, I wear smart, professional dark attire. For casual outdoor events, I'll wear neat, comfortable clothes.
how long does it take for me to get my photos?
I know you want to share your event while the buzz is still fresh. I offer a fast turnaround usually within 5-7 business days for one day events, including a "Teaser" preview within 48 hours of the event. For multi-day events, you can expect 10-14 business days.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Always. I shoot with dual-slot cameras (meaning your photos are backed up to two separate memory cards in real-time as I shoot). I also carry backup cameras, lenses, and flash units in my bags.
how will i receive my photos?
Your high-resolution, edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery. From there, you can download them and share the link with your guests.
can i have the raw (unedited) files?
I do not deliver RAW or unedited files. Asking a photographer for RAW files is a bit like asking a chef for raw flour and eggs instead of the finished cake. Editing is half of the artistic process, and I want to ensure you only receive a polished, professional final product!
do you edit all the photos?
Yes! Every single photo you receive will be individually edited for color correction, exposure, cropping, and contrast. I ensure the collection looks cohesive and professional.
